What this is

The Misfit Caucus™: The Social Truth Files™ is an ongoing manga series about the people running the United States into the ground — built almost entirely from their own social media posts. Sourced. Verified. Embellished only where the absurdity of the source material can't be improved upon.

The premise: a not-so-super team of dysfunctional misfits trying to take over the world. The plot device: their public posting history is the script. Tone: deadpan, snarky, knowing. Daria meets Frank Underwood meets a court reporter who has lost the will to filter.

How it gets made

Every panel of dialogue traces back to a verifiable source post. Every embellishment that's added for narrative clarity is flagged in the methodology. We document our work because we plan to be standing five years from now.
